1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ba99fun platform and all its associated services. ba99fun operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform includes cricket betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services.

• Each individual may create only one account.

3. Account Management

ba99fun will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from misuse of an account, unless it is proven that the loss occurred due to ba99fun's own error.

• Proof of current address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing money on the ba99fun platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• The account making the deposit and the payment account must belong to the same owner.
• Use of third-party payment methods is not accepted.
• All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply when withdrawing from ba99fun:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements for a bonus have been met.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, large withdrawal amounts may be delayed.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

ba99fun offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
• Withdrawal from bonus funds is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonus offers at the same time.
• ba99fun reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.
• In the case of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the player's activity and engagement on the platform. ba99fun does not disclose specific turnover thresholds and reserves the right to change VIP benefits if necessary.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules must be followed when placing bets on the ba99fun platform:

• Sufficient balance must be available at the time of placing any bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If there is a delay in displaying results due to a technical error, ba99fun reserves the right to correct this.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
